What do you call a restaurant that serves huge bowls of pasta and crusty submarine sandwiches, one whose chef has an obsession with Frank Sinatra? You call it Casa d’Italia. A bit of Brooklyn transplanted to Ravenna, this place is about as Italian American as you can get. There are daily meat, fish and pasta specials, and a good selection of Italian wines by the bottle. The place couldn’t be less avant-garde, but there’s a delightful heated patio in the back, and if you sit outside, the Sinatra isn’t as loud.

A warm and friendly neighborhood cafe where locals regularly go to enjoy good food and each other. Lots of family ambience with the walls adorned with family and friends of the owners (including Mr. Sinatra with one of the owners). The menu often has such items as exotic meats so it is always fun to go again to see what is new. Defnitely a "feel good" place.
